How I can help
Feeding concerns rarely exist in isolation. We make space for your story, work through the clinical detail, and create a practical plan together.
Pregnancy planning, conception, and antenatal consults - including lactation.
Preparing you and your baby for a confident start to feeding, before baby arrives.
Pelvic floor, contraception, mood, and medical concerns.
Care for you, not just baby - because your recovery matters too.
Whatever you're facing with feeding, there's support here for every stage of the journey - from the first tricky latch to weaning, whenever that time comes.
You don't need a "big" problem to book in. If something feels off, or you just want reassurance, that's reason enough.
Support through infant sleep and unsettled babies.
Evidence-based, biologically-informed support for sleep that actually works for your family.
Well child checks, immunisations, and common childhood concerns.
Keeping your little one on track, from check-ups to everyday concerns.
Supporting all stages of womanhood.
Care that goes beyond pregnancy and feeding, for every stage of life.

A Breastfeeding Medicine Doctor is a doctor with specialised training in lactation and infant feeding, able to work through complex feeding concerns in longer appointments - alongside the everyday GP care you’d expect.
I am a GP Registrar (GP in training) and came into medicine to become a women’s health GP. During my medical journey, I have become a mum to three wonderful little humans, each with their own breastfeeding journeys. It’s from my personal experience that I developed a passion for breastfeeding medicine and strengthening my desire to support women and families in navigating conception, pregnancy, post-partum, and infant feeding and sleep.
Alongside my GP training, I am completing my Neuroprotective Developmental Care Accreditation and Lactation Fellowship, completing the requirements to become a board certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and extended skills through RANZCOG Certificate of Women’s Health. My goal is to provide holistic care, grounded in evidence, aligned to you and your family’s values and needs.
